At Vonea, we're committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. As we work with trusted manufacturing and fulfillment partners around the world, shipping times may vary depending on your location and the products ordered.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 6–12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or peak shopping periods are outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the items in your order.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after your order has been dispatched.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers. In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number, and packages may arrive on different days.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears to be delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We'll review your claim and arrange an appropriate resolution.
